We could have sent a lovely HP ballpoint pen to the members of PurchasEdge, Hewlett-Packard's wildly successful loyalty program. Instead, we created a month-long living, breathing holiday card where members could proclaim their good intentions for the year ahead and celebrate each other's positive affirmations every day. The campaign included digital, print, DM, email and more (but no tchotchkes).
