My team and I led the charge on completely re-invisioning REI.com. Our goal? Make their .com feel as amazing as walking into one of their flagship stores. We created a focused, immersive, and experiential shopping destination while injecting 70% more expertise throughout the site (yeah, we counted), decreasing navigational clutter by 40%, and working with a whopping 18 different client groups to make REI.com as awesome as the brand itself.
